In the iOS app, press and hold any message from another person, then tap Report. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy. You can also email the canvas name and what happened to support@tagcanvas.com.
Press and hold one of their messages and tap Block. You won't see their messages anymore. To unblock, go to Profile, then Account & legal, then Blocked users.
In the iOS app, go to Profile, then Account & legal, then Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, your AI agent, the canvases you created and your messages. You can also email support@tagcanvas.com from the address you signed up with and we'll do it for you.
